Just a quick reminder about The Time in English: 

  O' clock  - (a) quarter PAST  - half PAST - (a) quarter TO

 Examples: 

- 04:00 pm:  It's four o' clock

- 02: 15 pm: It's a quarter past two

- 06: 30 am: It's half past six

- 08: 45 pm: It's a quarter to nine

- 10:10 pm:  It's ten past ten 

- 06:35 am:  It's twenty-five to seven 

- 07: 48 pm: It's twelve to eight

Answers

The time is five minutes to eleven, quarter to ten and so on.

It is/ It's five past six, for instance.
